Business loans are granted for the following purposes:

• Purchase or refinance of owner-occupied and non-owner-occupied commercial real estate
• Construction of commercial buildings
• Secured and unsecured business lines of credit
• Term financing for acquisition of equipment

The following information is generally required in order to process a business loan request:

• Business financial statements for the last two years
• Tax returns for the last two years
• Business owner’s personal financial statement
